Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days or sooner depending on the volume of orders. With Love, By Mere, LLC. processes all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Priority Shipping is 5 to 7 Business Days
If within the continent of the U.S., your order should be received within 5 to 7 business days. Once your order has left my possession, I will then send out an email to you with your tracking info. Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with USPS.
PICK-UP
If you are local and in need of your merchandise SAME or NEXT DAY, pick-up arrangements can be made. The Pick-up option should be indicated by using discount code: PICKUP. You may contact me via email [email protected] prior to placing order to confirm that this option is available.
Your order must be PAID IN FULL and received in order to confirm. SAME or NEXT DAY availability is not always guaranteed. Please keep in mind that I am in business to service you! Therefore, I will do my best to meet your needs.

Defective Merchandise
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact me within 3 days at [email protected] so I may address the issue. I cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period or have worn it. I inspect every single item that comes through my warehouse in order to avoid any defect issues as much as possible.
Refused Packages
If your package is refused or returned from USPS; you are responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship your package. With Love, By Mere, LLC. will not issue a refund in this instance.
Lost Packages
With Love, By Mere, LLC. handles lost or damaged packages due to USPS error on a case-by-case basis. In the event any merchandise is lost or damaged due to the error by USPS, I will contact you via the email provided at the time of your order.
International Shipping
International Priority Shipping 10 to 21 Business Days. You are responsible for all customs and duties fees. With Love, By Mere, LLC. can not anticipate these costs and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office, or U.S. Postal Service branch office, to find out what types of fees you can expect.
